Our reception is always open, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our facility has reduced the service and reception hours (from 7:30 to 13:00); for arrivals after 1 pm, we will send the self-check-in procedure.
The Vista Rooms and Terrace is located in the Rione Sant’Eustachio, one of the historic centre’s restricted traffic zones (ZTL).

One of the solutions we propose is to leave your car in the “Parking Via Giulia”, a covered car park open 24 hours a day, located at the end of Lungotevere dei Tebaldi, at the height of Ponte Giuseppe Mazzini. http://www.parkingviagiulia.it/
The car park is located outside the ZTL so that it can be used at any time of day, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Breakfast is served on our fabulous panoramic Terrace on the 5th floor, from which you can enjoy a superb view of the Pantheon and beyond. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am Monday to Sunday.
We offer a buffet breakfast, both sweet and savoury: a variety of pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, seeds, nuts, jams, cakes, boiled eggs, tomatoes, pickles, bread, cold meats, cheeses and much more.

The main shopping area, where the most famous boutiques and sought-after brands are located (Via dei Condotti, Via del Babuino, Galleria Colonna, Campo Marzio), is only 10 minutes from the hotel. There is also Via Nazionale for an alternative shopping experience, emerging brands and designers or vintage shops.
Internet access is free for all our guests. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, from reception to the breakfast room and in every room.
Access credentials to our network will be provided at the hotel.

Leave your clothes in the bag provided by us. They will be collected and returned clean within 36 hours.
If you need clean clothes for the same day, please leave your bag at the reception desk before 9 a.m. The price list and the bag can be found in your cloakroom.
During the holidays, a laundry service is available on request.
Of course, we have areas explicitly dedicated to luggage storage.

On 1 January 2011 the Municipality of Rome introduced the Tourist Tax. Every customer who is not a resident of Rome pays € 3,50 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights). The city tax must be paid in cash at the hotel. Children under 10 years of age are exempt from the tax.
